Join our Graphic Design team!


We are looking for a highly creative, passionate, and friendly individual with a sharp eye for detail. The right person will be a great team player who remains calm even under pressure.

The job role consists primarily of designing a wide range of children's party products - anything from party bags, hats, and menu mats, to developing new innovative children's products for both our core range and bespoke clients’ briefs.

Job Specification


- Create fun and engaging party bags/takeaway packaging and children's activity packs for the leading supplier in the hospitality and leisure industry

- Amend artwork as per customer/internal feedback

- Produce original designs to a high standard

- Have a fantastic imagination to create engaging children's puzzles and characters

- Ability to work methodically to meet deadlines

- Work with clients, budget, colour palettes, and brand guideline constraints

- Work on new innovative product ideas

- Study design briefs and determine requirements

- Work closely with the sales team with client briefs

- Preparing print-ready artwork and placing orders with our factories in both UK and China

- Working at speed whilst being precise and meticulous

- Conceptualise visuals for key meetings

- A thirst for learning and self-improvement, constantly looking for better ways of working


Skills and Experience


- Proven graphic design experience (previous experience in a graphic design role is beneficial)

- Strong freehand drawing, is essential for creating fun children's characters when required

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite with a strong emphasis on Illustrator (Photoshop and InDesign skills will also be beneficial)

- Experience in preparing artwork for factory production (but not essential)

- Digital experience - preparing e-shots, website imagery, and social media posts are preferred but not essential

- A key eye for detail and creative awareness

- Good colour and design awareness

- Imaginative content that resonates with children's products

- Working to client brand guidelines

- Knowledge of children's party products and how children use them

- A degree in Design/Graphic Design or a related field is a plus but not essential

- Location: Towcester office 

- Full time hours (40)

- Salary: £20,000
