The Company


As party of a significant company growth strategy, we are creating the new role of Operations Controller.


This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fun, exciting, vibrant company. Supplying children's activity packs and takeaway packaging to the hospitality and leisure industry, we have seen rapid growth throughout our 15 years of trading. Working closely with the Finance Controller, and reporting to the Managing Director, this role is varied and fast paced.

Job Specification


- Managing and improving company processes
- Managing external service providers
- Liaising with the sales team to manage the company’s quoting system
- Monitor UK DC stock holding
- Promote efficiencies to improve company performance and profitability
- Managing company policies
- Order processing when required
- Work with logistics team on product forecasting and stock control
- Manage the product testing procedure
- System set up on new products
- General Office Management 


Personal Profile


- Experience in Operations
- Fantastic telephone manner
- SAGE experience
- Positive attitude 
- Great customer service skills
- Good communicator
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Team player- Good attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel & Word experience
- Can work on own initiative and make things happen.

Additional Information


- Location: Towcester office 

- Full time hours (32/40)

- Competitive Salary based on experience
