Suzanne Halpin
Founded by Suzanne over 15 years ago from her kitchen table, Craftis evolved because there was a need to entertain her own two daughters with activity packs whilst dining out. Still a family run business, Suzanne uses her experiences with her own children to support multinational chains providing the best family experience possible. With quality and safety always at the top of the list, she sets the standards that are of paramount importance when providing a children's product to the industry.
Michael Halpin
With a background in the toy industry, Michael’s extensive knowledge of the design and manufacture of children’s products ensures Craftis constantly pushes the boundaries of new product development, working with major clients across the hospitality and leisure industry. Having successfully launched the Hard Rock Cafe Roadie case across sites all over Europe, Michael launched the Craftis App in 2022, that takes children’s activity packs to a new level of interactivity and is a first in our industry.
With a combined 25 years of design experience in the industry, our award winning design team are constantly researching educational and innovative ways to create your children’s activity packs. Inspired by the latest trends and their own children, the team use focus groups and research, to ensure their designs engage children between the ages of 3 and 11.
With many years experience in the hospitality and leisure industry, our account managers look after the entire design and manufacture process from start to finish. By understanding your business needs and subsequent customer base, they can recommend great ideas that not only ensures a great family experience, but creates a practical solution to entertaining children whilst dining out.
Managing the effective manufacture and shipping of all our products, the operations team works alongside our production team in China and the UK, to ensure the challenges of logistics are successfully managed so our customers never run out of stock. All products are checked for their quality, and tested to the highest EU toy safety standards.
