This year, we have specifically developed a number of bespoke products for the industry, as the approved supplier for TUI Group, Leonardo Hotels, DFDS Seaways and Stena Line.
Our activity packs are used to WOW guests at check-in and are given out to young families in kid's clubs, airport lounges, hotel rooms and onsite restaurants.
Working with our international customers to develop instructions suitable for non-English speakers, our Design Team has created a series of symbols with example answers, to provide further inclusivity to our packs.
Now with access to the free Craftis App selected activity packs are available with the latest augmented reality and sound! This additional layer of experience is designed to enhance the family experience, and engage children for longer, critical in a travel environment.

Leonardo Hotels
After the success of creating a bespoke welcome bag for Leonardo's hotel in Southampton, the group wanted to roll out this family experience across all sites in the UK and Ireland. Children are given a Bizzi Bag at reception to enjoy in their hotel room, restaurant or bar area. Each activity bag comes with a colour-in door hanger, glasses, activity pack and two Craftis triangular crayons to enjoy.
A reusable family game is also included, encouraging entire family participation, as well as the opportunity to take home as a reminder of a great family experience.
Avion Express
With the success of two previous versions, this is the third multilingual activity pack we have created for Avion Express. Given out to young families on board aircrafts this summer, children use the visual symbols to pop out and build their own Avion Express aircraft whilst travelling.

Transport for Wales
We love working with Transport For Wales! Having already developed a suitcase activity bag for passengers on board the train, we continue the travel theme for the Transport for Wales Bus services. Each child receives a concertina style activity pack containing a pop out matching pairs game and colouring activities. Translated into Welsh and English, each activity is designed to be inclusive across all passengers travelling across the UK.
DFDS Seaways
We are very proud to have worked in partnership with DFDS Seaways, for over 6 years to develop their fantastic family offering on board. We have worked together to bring to life the DFDS Pirate Island Crew, to entertain and educate children of all ages. Over the years we have manufactured a series of children’s activity packs and welcome backpacks, filled with a selection of roll out colouring sheets, spiral caps, badges, paper flags, pop out ships, pirate hats, and crayons!

TUI Group
Craftis worked with the TUI Group for the first time in 2024, and have now supplied over 600,000 children's activity packs to airports throughout the UK and EU. Designed to entertain children throughout the flight, each activity pack contains a mixture of internationally accessible puzzles, snakes & ladders family game, and a build your own TUI aircraft.
Younger passengers can use the QR code found on their activity pack to download the free Craftis app. The QR code enables access to the mini game with 3D animation and sound, to create a fully immersive world of TUI to explore.
With the aim to educate children about sea turtle conservation in partnership with the TUI Care Foundation, children are encouraged collect the tasty green seagrass in the Mediterranean Sea. View the mini game demo here.
